Step 1
1. Preheat your hot box to 180Ā°C and line a brownie tray with baking paper.

2. Add your whey, casein, flour, stevias, baking powder and baking Soda to a mixing bowl and whisk to combine.

3. Add Greek yoghurt, apple sauce, butter, peanut butter and vanilla then stir to combine.

4. Pour into your lined brownie tray and spread evenly, then top with apple pie slices, crushed biscuits and a drizzle of maple syrup if ya fancy it! Then cook for 25-30 minutes on 180Ā°C.

5. Remove from oven, allow to cook completely, slice into 12 and just smash every single once because letās be honest here, apple crumble is your weakness just as much as it is mine. Donāt stress, though, Iāve put the calories below for the entire batch so you can track it. š¤š½š
