Step 1
1. Preheat your hot box to 180ยฐC and line a brownie tray with baking paper.

2. Add your whey, casein, flour, stevias, baking powder and baking Soda to a mixing bowl and whisk to combine.

3. Add Greek yoghurt, apple sauce, butter, peanut butter and vanilla then stir to combine.
Step 4
4. Pour into your lined brownie tray and spread evenly, then top with apple pie slices, crushed biscuits and a drizzle of maple syrup if ya fancy it! Then cook for 25-30 minutes on 180ยฐC.
Step 5
5. Remove from oven, allow to cook completely, slice into 12 and just smash every single once because letโs be honest here, apple crumble is your weakness just as much as it is mine. Donโt stress, though, Iโve put the calories below for the entire batch so you can track it. ๐ค๐ฝ๐
