Instructions

Eggs

Step 1
Mix the eggs with the salt, the curry, and add pepper to your preference.

Heat a frying pan on the stove, once it's hot enough pour the olive oil and spread it by carefully shaking the pan a little.

Pour the egg mix on the pan and scramble the eggs using a fork or a spatula.

Tuna

Drain the tuna as much as possible.
Step 5
In a bowl pour the tuna and mix with the light Hellman's mayo, the curry, the salt, and add pepper to your preference.

Rice

To cook the rice, put the water to boil in a pot, add the salt.

Once the water reaches boiling point (starts bubbling), add the rice and spread evenly on the water.

Cover the pot with the lid and put the stove's flame to the lowest setting.

Let the rice cook for 10 - 15 minutes. When done the water should have evaporated and the rice should be soft.

Mix everything together

Mix the rice, with the scrambled eggs and the tuna.
