Instructions

Step 1
Mix dry ingredients together and leave aside. Mix went ingredients and add to the dry. Don't over mix the dough. Leave it to rest in the fridge for 15 minutes. On a hot pan, add a tbsp of ghee and drop a full tbsp of mix. Spread it and form a round shape. Let it take a nice colour and flip it over.
Step 2
If you add 50gr of coconut milk and 1 egg is the perfect mix for crepes.
