Instructions
Step 1
Place all ingredients, except yogurt, in a heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Remove the lemon wedges and cinnamon stick.
Step 3
Allow soup to cook to room temperature and puree in batches or with an immersion blender until smooth.
Step 4
Chill and serve cold, topping with yogurt and a few fresh blueberries
