Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (204 degrees C).
Step 2
Cube the salmon and season the pieces with garlic powder, black pepper and paprika.
Step 3
Add the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese to a bowl and mix until combined.
Step 4
Whisk the egg and dip the salmon pieces into the whisked egg. Shake off the excess.
Step 5
Dip the salmon pieces into the breadcrumb cheese mixture to coat. Press down the breadcrumbs into the salmon so that they stick.
Step 6
Place the coated salmon on a parchment paper lined pan and spray with oil. This helps to ensure that golden brown color when baked.
Step 7
Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.

Always carefully check salmon pieces for bones. Even ones that are labeled boneless may have hidden bones, so always press down on the pieces and massage them well to scan for any bones.
