Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (204 degrees C).

Cube the salmon and season the pieces with garlic powder, black pepper and paprika.

Add the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese to a bowl and mix until combined.
Step 4
Whisk the egg and dip the salmon pieces into the whisked egg. Shake off the excess.
Step 5
Dip the salmon pieces into the breadcrumb cheese mixture to coat. Press down the breadcrumbs into the salmon so that they stick.
Step 6
Place the coated salmon on a parchment paper lined pan and spray with oil. This helps to ensure that golden brown color when baked.

Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
