Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 400° F
Step 2
In microwave safe bowl heat cream cheese and mozzarella for 1 minute and stir. (Will be "rubbery"/gummy. Also okay if not all mozzarella is completely melted.)
Step 3
Add to bowl baking powder, eggs, ranch and almond flour and mix well.
Step 4
Stir in cheddar cheese
Step 5
Spray cookie sheet and make into 10-12 loose balls. (No need to roll. Mixture will be very sticky. Tack together loosely with fingers is sufficient) and cool for a minimum of 10 minutes in fridge up to an hour
Step 6
Bake 20-25 min
