Don’t toss that day old pumpkin cider donut. Instead make this delicious bread pudding with it. You can also use fresh donuts too. Served warm with whipped cream and cinnamon

Butter the inside of an oven safe ramekin. Cut donut into half-inch cubes and place them into ramekin. Mix the milk, vanilla, egg and butter in a separate bowl. Pour milk mixture over the donut. Bake at 350* for about 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm with whipped cream and cinnamon. This recipe is for one donut. If you want to make this in a larger dish with more donuts then double the ingredients for every two donuts.
