Step 1
Cut cream cheese and butter into 1/2 inch squares onto a tray that can go in the freezer. Use parchment paper. Partially freeze, mix flours together in a bowl and add a pinch of salt or sugar, cut butter and cream cheese into the flour mixture. Add tbl ice water until mixed well.
