Step 1
Pour your vodka into the glass jar, throw in your rosemary sprigs and seal with the lid. My rosemary sprigs were very long so I only needed to use about 5, but if yours are shorter, feel free to double that amount to 10.

Step 2
Now for the super easy part. Store the rosemary vodka in a dark cool place for 5-7 days. During this process the vodka will start to turn an amber color. This is important to remember–if you are gifting this to someone you might want to assemble it immediately before hand. Because as gorgeous as this amber color is, the vodka is strikingly beautiful with the vibrant green sprigs inside of it. So if gifting, throw the vodka and rosemary in a jar, put a bow on it, run out the door, and party away!

Step 3
This is the vodka after 6 days of infusing. At this stage remove the the rosemary sprigs, seal the vodka up and store it as you would any other liquor in your home.

Step 4
I especially love this Rosemary-Infused Vodka because it can be used in a variety of different drinks. The rosemary flavor is subtle, yet robust enough to add a refined element to any cocktail. It can be paired with fruity elements or it can be poured on the rocks and topped with olives for an awesome twist on a classic martini.
