Instructions
Step 1
Cook chicken with a bit of Italian seasoning, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
Step 2
Mix soup, seasoning, rice and 1/2 of cheese in an 8x8 baking dish.
Step 3
Mix well, making sure all rice is covered
Step 4
Stir in chicken and top with remaining cheese.
Step 5
Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 30 minutes, or until cheese on top is melted.
