Instructions

Step 1
Combine Warm Water, Yeast and Sugar - Let Rise. Add salt, butter, eggs, mashed potatoes and flour 1 cup at a time. You are done with the flour when the sides aren't sticking anymore - they wipe clean. Continue to have the mixer Knead for 3 minutes.
Step 2
Take out and put in crisco'd bowl. Let rise (about 1 to 1 1/2 hours). Punch down, cover with plastic wrap and put in fridge (at least 1 hour - or could be overnight (which I usually do). Take out - divide into 3 balls. Roll out like a big round pie & spread additional butter on top. Use a large knife or Pizza cutter and cut into 16 pieces per ball. Roll from fat end to point (crescent style). Let rise until doubled. Bake 10 to12 minutes @ 375.
