Ingredients

1 tspmargarine

1 cupchopped onion

2cloves garlic
minced

¼ cupflour

0.75 CupLow Fat Milk
1%

1 x 8 ozClam Juice
Bottle

½ cupgreen onion
sliced

2 TBLSJalapeno Pepper
Minced
1 x 16.5 ozCan No Salt Added Cream Style Corn

1.25 CupShredded Monterey Jack Cheese

1 cupnonfat ricotta cheese

½ cuplight cream cheese

¼ cuplime juice

1 lbShrimp
Medium

0.5 lbCrabmeat

9lasagna noodles
cooked

½ tspground cumin

¼ tsppepper
Instructions
Step 1
Melt margarine in a saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and saute 5 minutes.
Step 2
Place flour in a bowl; Gradually add milk, stirring with a wire whisk until blended.
Step 3
Add milk mixture and clam juice to pain. Cook 5 minutes or until thickened and bubbly, stirring constantly.
Step 4
Add green onions, jalapeno pepper, and corn; Cook 2 minutes, and set aside.
Step 5
Combine Monterey Jack, Ricotta, Cream Cheese, and lime juice and mix until smooth.
Step 6
Combine shrimp and crabmeat in bowl.
Step 7
Spread 3/4 cup corn mixture in bottom of a 13x9x2 inch baking dish.
Step 8
Arrange 3 lasagna noodles over corn mixture; top with half of the cheese mixture, half of shrimp mixture, and 3/4 cup corn mixture. Repeat the layers, ending with noodles. Spread the remaining corn mixture over noodles, and sprinkle with cumin and pepper.
Step 9
Cover with aluminum foil coated with cooking spray;
Step 10
Bake at 375F for 45min
