Ingredients

2 lbsGround Turkey
2 x 10 ozcans of Whole Kernel Corn
1 x 10 ozcans of Cream Corn

4 cupsInstant Potatoes
1 x 4 ozcheese Flavored Instant Potatoes

1 x 8 ozSliced Mushrooms
Package

0.5 canCream of Mushroom Soup

1onion
medium, diced

1 TablespoonGarlic
Crushed

parmesan cheese

1egg
for Eggwash

1 cupmilk

salt

pepper

Baking Pan

Instructions
Step 1
Brown the Ground Turkey with a little olive oil
Step 2
Add Diced Onions, Diced Mushrooms, Mushroom Soup, Garlic and Salt and Pepper
Step 3
Place Ground Turkey Mixture in an oil sprayed Lasagna Pan and flatten
Step 4
Layer with Cream Corn with Whole Kernel Corn on top.
Step 5
Prepare the Instant Mash Potatoes. Boil 5 cups of Water, and 1 stick of butter. Add 4 cheese potatoes, then add regular instant mashed and milk and stir to spreadable consistency.
Step 6
Brush the top layer of mashed potatoes with the egg wash mixture.
Step 7
Bake in the oven for 20-30minutes at 350 or until golden brown.
Step 8
Remove from oven and top with Kraft Parmesan Cheese
