Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200C (fan)
Step 2
Slice tomatoes in half and scoop out the pulp. Drain the tomato cups and the pulp with a paper towel.
Step 3
In a large bowl combine cottage cheese, chopped tomatoes pulp, parsley, dill, salt, pepper, garlic granules and 1 tbsp vegetable oil. Mix well.
Step 4
Transfer the tomato cups to the ovenproof dish, drizzled with oil.
Step 5
Divide the cheese mixture evenly among 4 tomato halves and bake for 30-35 minutes.
