Instructions
Step 1
oven to 200°C. cream butter and sugar for 4 mins or until creamy.
Step 2
add eggs one at a time, and vanilla, whisk minimally.
Step 3
sift in flour, cornstarch and baking soda, fold in. do not overmix.
Step 4
stir in chocolate chips and walnuts.
Step 5
shape into large balls (125g each is good).
Step 6
bake at high until golden brown on top but very soft when you press down
Step 7
DO NOT OVERBAKE!
