or use the total flour amount of white whole wheat flour

superfine, or more all-purpose/whole wheat

½ cupsourdough starter
discard or unfed works
2 tablespoonsvegetable oil
¼ cupunsweetened applesauce
½ cupbrown sugar
¼ cupsugar
vegan
1 teaspoonpure vanilla extract
¼ cupdairy free mini chocolate chips
Instructions
Step 1
whisk dry ingredients in a medium/large bowl. mix in wet ingredients.
Step 2
fold in chocolate chips. refrigerate dough at least 15 minutes, up to a day.
Step 3
bake at 350° for 16-18 minutes
Step 4
cool for 15-20 minutes before moving (and eating). you can do it!
