Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 250°F.
Step 2
Line a baking sheet with foil and place a lightly oiled cooling rack atop that, which will allow the wings to cook more evenly.

Rinse the wings and pat them dry.

Combine the baking powder and salt, then dip the dried wings into the mixture.
