These Baked Buffalo Wings are perfect for gamedays and parties alike. They come out so crispy and flavorful without needing sauce. Of course you can add your favorite wing sauce if you'd like...we don't mind!

Instructions

Step 1
Pat dry thawed chicken wings and place in a large bowl or plastic bag
Step 2
Add 1 Tablespoon of Baking Powder to the wings and toss to coat evenly
Step 3
Add 2 Tablespoons of Gresham and Myers Buffalo Seasoning to the wings and toss to coat
Step 4
Arrange wings on a greased rack on a lined baking sheet and place on the bottom rack of the oven at 250 degrees for 30 minutes
Step 5
Move wings to top rack and bake at 425 degrees for 30-40 minutes until crispy
Step 6
Remove from oven and top with another sprinkle of Gresham and Myers Buffalo Seasoning
Step 7
Serve with ranch, blue cheese, or toss in your favorite buffalo sauce!
