Instructions

Step 1
Combine passata, honey, soy sauce, garlic and paprika in a shallow glass or ceramic dish. Add steak and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Step 2
Preheat a chargrill pan over high heat. Drain steaks of excess marinade and spray both sides with oil. Cook for 2-3 minutes each side for medium or until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a plate, cover loosely with foil and rest for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile, place cabbage, snow peas, shallots and parsley in a medium bowl. Add buttermilk and lemon juice, toss to combine. Serve steaks with slaw.
