Ingredients

¼ cupegg product
¼ cupreduced fat cheddar cheese
1/4 lean
1 cupcauliflower
grated, 2 greens
2.64 ounceslump crab meat
cooked, 3/8 lean
½ tspdijon mustard
1/2 condiment
2 Tbsplight mayonnaise
2 healthy fats
¼ tspworcester sauce
1/2 condiment
½ tspreduced sodium old bay seasoning
¼ cupreduced fat cheddar cheese
1/4 lean
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Step 2
Place parchment paper on a cookie sheet and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Step 3
Combine grated cauliflower, 1/4 cup shredded cheese and 1/4 cup egg beaters in a medium sized bowl. Spoon mixture onto the prepared parchment paper. Shape the mixture into a thin circle about the size of a dinner plate. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Begin preparing the topping while the crust is baking. Flip the crust over and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Step 4
In a small bowl combine the mayonnaise, Worcester sauce, Dijon mustard and Old Bay. Fold in the crab trying not to break it into small lumps. Spread onto the baked crust. Top with 1/4 cup cheddar cheese. Broil until the cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
