Step 1
Preheat oven to 375F

In a large bowl combine flour, salt, and baking powder then add your butter. Using a masher or fork, combine the mixture until crumbly

Add in eggs and vanilla, mix until well combined and crumbly again

Pour half of the mixture into a 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper pressing down.
Step 5
In a medium bowl, combine all the filling ingredients and mix well.

Step 6
Pour filling on top of the crumb mixture in the pan then add the remaining crumb dough on top. It's okay to have filling showing

Bake for 50 Minutes then allow to cool before slicing
