Serves 12 240g plain flour 2 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 80g unsalted butter (room temp) 60ml vegetable oil 180g golden caster sugar (unrefined) 2 eggs 300ml sour cream 2tsp vanilla extract 200g raspberries 50g dark chocolate broken into pieces
