Instructions
Step 1
Make a smooth paste with water and icing sugar. You only need a small amount.
Step 2
Stick a marshmallow on the top of each biscuit with icing paste.
Step 3
Stick freckle on top of marshmallow.
Step 4
Cut life saver in half and stick on the side to make the handle.
Step 5
Repeat until all biscuits have been used
