Step 1
1. Blend the speculoos biscuits until it's like powder

2. Melt the butter and mix it with the speculoos powder to form the base of your cake

3. Gently mix the Philadelphia cream and the icing sugar. You can add some lemon juice and ginger if you please !

4. Place that on top of the speculoos base and let rest 6hours in your fridge.
Step 5
5. For the topping : mix the peanut butter, the heavy cream and the syrup until it fits your likings. Put it on top of your cake !
