Instructions

Step 1
Rinse collard greens and strip leaves from stems. Use kitchen shears to chop into strips or pieces. (discard stems or use in smoothies)
Step 2
dissolve bullion into water and then put in electric pressure cooker. Add greens. Cook on high pressure for 20 minutes. Quick or slow pressure release. Using tongs or a slotted spoon remove greens from pot and transfer to a medium bowl.
Step 3
Combine remaining spices and bacon bits. Sprinkle onto greens while stirring to mix in. Serve warm.
