Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

Shred a rotisserie chicken
Step 3
Cook your bacon. I use microwave bacon to make it easy
Step 4
In a large mixing bowl, combine your shredded rotisserie chicken, chopped bacon, sour cream, cream of chickens, ranch seasoning, quartered biscuits and 1 cup of shredded cheese
Step 5
Mix until well combined and then add to a greased 9x12 baking dish
Step 6
Bake for 20 minutes then take it out and mix it well. This will help ensure the biscuits all cook evenly.
Step 7
Top with remaining cheese then continue baking for 25 more minutes
