Instructions
Step 1
Remove the shortcrust pastry from the oven about 45 min before baking. Lay the pastry on the flat form so that pastry sits just above the sides. Lightly prick the base with the fork.
Bake in 200 degrees oven for 15 min
Step 2
While the pastry is baking prepare the filling.
Fry one onion and 3 cloves of garlic
Add mushrooms (about 6)
Small pack of asparagus
Handful of spinach

Prepare the sauce
Add 2 eggs and best them up in the bowl
Add about 200ml of double cream
Handful of grated cheddar cheese
Feta crumbs
Salt and pepper
Mixture should be quite think but not too think so you can pour it over the veg later
