Instructions

Fried veggies and meat

Step 1
Slice the leek and dice the onion and bacon.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium. Add the onion and leek. Fry for about 2min.

Add the bacon and seasoning. Fry for another 2min.

Filling

Step 4
To a bowl add the eggs, heavy cream and seasoning. Mix until well combined. Then add the veggie mixture and half of the cheese. Mix again.
Step 5
Place the tortilla wrap in a round cake pan.
Step 6
Pure in the egg mixture.
Step 7
Sprinkle on the rest of the grated cheese.
Step 8
Bake the quiche wrap in the preheated oven at 200 degree circulating air for about 20min.
