1. Preheat oven to 350F.

2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the rice protein powder, egg whites, and monkfruit sweetener until combined, adding water as needed until it is a thick paste that hardly sticks to the sides of the bowl when scraping it off with a spatula.

3. Add cinnamon, stir in with a spatula.

4. Add in the extracts and stir until fully incorporated into the mixture.

5. Divide the mixture into 6 equal parts and place and shape them into the donut pan.

6. Bake for 25 mins, or until a toothpick comes out of one clean.

7. While the donuts are baking, prepare the glaze by mixing powdered monkfruit sweetener with a little bit of water until it is icing consistency.

8. Stir in the cinnamon and vanilla until combined.

9. Once the donuts are done, let brush them immediately with glaze. After they cool down, take them out of the donut pan and give them a second brushing of glaze. (You can also dip them in the glaze if you prefer; it’s all up to you!)
