Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350F.

Step 2
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the rice protein powder, egg whites, and monkfruit sweetener until combined, adding water as needed until it is a thick paste that hardly sticks to the sides of the bowl when scraping it off with a spatula.

Step 3
3. Add cinnamon, stir in with a spatula.

Step 4
4. Add in the extracts and stir until fully incorporated into the mixture.

Step 5
5. Divide the mixture into 6 equal parts and place and shape them into the donut pan.

Step 6
6. Bake for 25 mins, or until a toothpick comes out of one clean.

Step 7
7. While the donuts are baking, prepare the glaze by mixing powdered monkfruit sweetener with a little bit of water until it is icing consistency.

Step 8
8. Stir in the cinnamon and vanilla until combined.

Step 9
9. Once the donuts are done, let brush them immediately with glaze. After they cool down, take them out of the donut pan and give them a second brushing of glaze. (You can also dip them in the glaze if you prefer; it’s all up to you!)

Step 10
10. Let the donuts set for 3-5 minutes. Then, you’re free to enjoy!
