4eggs
1 cupvegetable oil
1 ½ cupssugar
2 cupscanned pumpkin
2 cupsflour
2 tspbaking powder
½ tspsalt
½ tspground ginger
½ tspground cloves
½ tspground Nutmeg
1 tspground cinnamon
For the frosting:
Instructions
Step 1
Mix eggs, vegetable oil, sugar, and pumpkin in a large bowl.
Step 2
Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, and spices together in a separate bowl. Mix well with egg/pumpkin mixture.
Step 3
Pour into a greased and floured 18x21x1” pan. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
Step 4
Top with cream cheese frosting when cooled.

Step 5
Note: Using a 10x15" pan makes it more like cake than bars. This can also be baked in a Bundt pan for about an hour.
