Provolone and Salami Phyllo Rolls

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 3
Place 1 sheet of phyllo dough on a clean surface and gently fold it in half widthwise.
Step 4
Brush the phyllo with a little melted butter, being sure to cover the entire top half.
Step 5
On the short end of the dough, place a slice of salami, then a slice of provolone (or VA cup, if shredded).
Step 6
Roll the phyllo up over the filling, folding in the side edges to seal it.
Step 7
burrito-style.

Place the roll seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet and repeat to make 12 rolls total.
Step 9
Brush the tops of each phyllo roll generously with melted butter.
Step 10
Sprinkle with the thyme.
Step 11
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown on top.
Step 12
Remove and drizzle lightly with honey.
Step 13
Sprinkle with chopped pistachios and a little flaky sea salt.
Step 14
Serve warm.
