Step 1
Spray bottom of cake pan with PAM. Mix yellow cake mix, oil, water and egg together with wooden spoon. Don't use mixer. It will be lumpy. Pour into cake pan.

Sprinkle sugar, brown sugar cinnamon, and nuts on top. Drizzle 1 stick melter butter on top.
Step 3
Bake 350℉ for 35 min.
