Preheat oven at 200C

Melt the butter

Mix together the sugar and the butter

Add the eggs

Stir in the flour and cocoa powder

Pour the batter into a 15cm x 20cm baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Bake at 200C for 4 min

Transfer on a wire rack to cool

For the whipped cream, mix together the heavy cream and powdered sugar

Spread the whipped cream on the cake, put the raspberries then roll the cake
