Cheesy Thanksgiving Potatoes
Prep ahead and bake later! Assemble as directed but do not bake (reserve remaining 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese for topping). Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours. To bake, heat the oven to 350°F. Bake, covered, for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with the reserved Cheddar cheese and bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes more or until hot.

1 x 10.25 ouncecan of cream of chicken soup
or cream of cheddar
1 x 10 ozcan cream of mushroom soup
8 ozsour cream
8 ozcream cheese
BROUGHT TO ROOM TEMP
2 cupscolby cheese
grated
½ cupgrated parmesan
½ cuponion
finely chopped
¼ teaspoonpepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F (or up to 400)
Step 2
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl reserving ½ cup of cheese for topping.
Step 3
Place in a greased 9×13 casserole dish
Step 4
Bake for 45-55 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Top with extra cheese halfway ish thru
