Store didn't have pumpkin puree so made it myself.
If you do this; after blending the cooked pumpkin you can heat the puree up again to make it less moist.
I think depending on the moisture content of your puree, they turn out more or less gooey.
Mine came out with a super nice bread pudding like consistency.
Super easy to make and super tasteful!
