Had a Chinese cabbage in the fridge, so cut that into strips and tossed it in as well. If you like your soups with coconut milk a bit thicker, put in less broth and more coconut milk.
Also marinated my finely sliced red onion half circles in some white wine vinegar and very fine sugar for a sweet and sour touch, but forgot to add them for the picture.
Homely, spicy, very good.
