This was amazing!! Instructions aside, it was simple to make and ended up with great flavor!
We did make a couple adjustments, though. We used 1/3 cup of broth and added about 2 tsp of plant based cream cheese. We added sun-dried tomatoes for color and it was a great choice. We did have some leftover ground chicken from breakfast, and tossed it in making this a non-vegan dish, but it added protein.
This will definitely be in our pasta meal rotation! It was so good, there were hardly any leftovers!
