I liked this quite a lot. I liked how the pasta was welll covered with sauce. I followed the recipe, used Italian sausage, Raos marinara some diced onion, celery and green pepper, and the spices as listed. When it finished pressure cooking, I left it in the pot for 2 min before I manually released, because the pasta box said to cook for 8-10min. . Most of my pasta was cooked, and likely will finish as it sits in the hot pot..I liked cooking this way rather than heating up my kitchen with boiling water on a hot June evening in Missouri.
