I changed a lot of things 1. I used taco season turkey sausage because there was nothing in the fridge 2. I never microwave the bell peppers, I don’t have a microwave for that 3.I did not use Italian seasoning because the meat is already seasoned 4.I did not use mozzarella, I used cheddar cheese 5. I threw the top of the pepper but I don’t see the point in using it 6. You can use water in your tomato’s if you really need it to be softened, don’t put too much water 7.pack on the salt and pepper 8. I had little bit of rice which was not a problem at all because my grandma keep eating rice nonstop so I was very lucky to have one piece left.
