We really enjoyed this! The lemon flavor was not overpowering at all and was a nice addition to the dish. The amount of butter seemed a little much, so when we have this again I will probably reduce it...maybe by ad much as half. The chicken ended up a little on the dryer side since it says to cook until brown, but that may have been my fault and will try cooking over a lower heat. I also didn't think the hot sauce was necessary and only put in about a third of a tablespoon, but I'm not a fan of hot sauce normally anyway. Overall, very good and will make again with some tweaks for our preferences.
