Take no notice of the amount of garlic, add it to your own taste. I added 5 cloves for only 4 persons, left out the milk, added 2 packages of Boursin, left out the rest of the cream cheese.
Also, I melted some (hehe, a lot) parmesane in it when it was ready.
Oh and please, PLEASE, dont peal the potato, just cook them properly and you wont have anything to throw away!
