As someone who likes very medium amount of spice, this was a little too spicy for me. Definitely glad I went with the crockpot on high for four hours instead of on low for six. Next time I will do an extra ranch packet and not put the hot sauce mixture in for the whole four hours. I also found that the sauce was super watery because of the broth that came from the chicken and that might have been because I did chicken thighs instead of chicken breast. I took some of the sauce and added flour to it and some heavy cream to thicken it. All in all the chicken was delicious just a tad too spicy.
