Double the sauce (with eMeals recipes ALWAYS double the sauce) freeze squeezed, cubed tofu in about 1/3 of the sauce for texture. I also coated in a generous amount of nutritional yeast, which is something I regularly do with tofu but I don't think I'd do it again with this recipe. I halved the hot sauce so the kids would eat it (kids still thought it was too spicy) and thought it was very flavorful. Unfortunately my heartburn didn't agree but otherwise I would make again.
