Changed up the sauce a bit: 2 spoons mustard, 1 spoon balsamic vinegar, 1 spoon hand made Limoncello, salt & pepper. Get the pork to 60 degrees Celsius and fuckadoodledoo that’s great! Veggies plucked fresh this morning!
