Zhoug! (Spicy Cilantro Sauce)

Can take more chilli. Works with olives in too

This was great! I added lemon to punch it up and reduced the oil. Next time I will add more peppers to make it spicier.

Delicious and spicy. It’s like a zinged up chimichurri sauce. I used it to make a zhoug tahini, but will definitely use it to dress other foods.

I used it as salad dressing on some chopped cabbage, cucumber, pepitas, and some cheese. Was super delicious and spicy. I want to try it as a marinade next!
