Ingredients: 500g / 1.1 lb of chicken breast; 300g / 10 ½ oz of chicken thighs; 1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips; 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced into strips; 1 orange bell pepper, sliced into strips; 1 bunch of spring onions, chopped roughly; 1 teaspoon ground cumin; 1 tablespoon of olive oil; Gran Luchito Chipotle Paste; Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste; 1 pack of Gran Luchito Soft Taco Wraps; 1 ripe avocado, cut into slices; 1 cup of sour cream or creme fraiche; 2 limes, cut into wedges; 1 handful of coriander, roughly chopped; 1 jar of our Gran Luchito Hot Habanero Mango Salsa or milder Gran Luchito Tomatillo Salsa
