Pepperoni Cheese Pizza Bombs

My son loved these loved pulling them apart and nibbling away. Will try the same technique with different fillings for sure.

Ya can't ruin bread, sauce, cheese, and pepperoni! I kept the sauce on the side cause the hubs doesn't like sauce, and I topped them with garlic butter.

My old man says he really liked them. I made them for his lunch but changed a few things. First, we don't use tomato based sauces because of allergies. I made a roasted garlic Alfredo sauce instead. He can't do pepperoni, so I used Deli ham instead. And we used shredded mozzarella instead of string cheese. Otherwise, we followed the recipe.

I liked these but my kids don't like crescent roll dough so it was not their favorite. I did use shredded mozzarella because that's all I had on hand. Also put ground sausage in some. I also melted some butter and added a few shakes of Italian seasoning and pinch of garlic salt and basted the tops, finishing with a dusting of parmesan cheese.

Tastes great... Easy and quick for a family on the go.

I cooked them in my air fryer and they were great. I also did smoked sausage with cheese (pigs in a blanket) were just as good
