2023 Make sure to use a 3 to 4 inch deep spring form pan because this makes a very tall cheesecake as photo. It was delicious exactly as recipe. But I would cook only 55 min because it was a bit overdone, & cracked on top but delicious & not too sweet 😅But in 2024 added 1/3 C more sugar 🙃
