I added Greek yogurt and a few blueberries. I didn't want so much water, but it did need some to make it blendable and pourable. Kids & I thought it was delicious but the other adults didn't like the peanut-butter-banana-honey flavor. The zucchini, despite being so much of the volume, does not affect flavor or texture, so I will probably include it in other smoothies in the future, but I won't make peanut butter banana honey smoothies for the whole family.
