cut in 1/4 inch strips
1 tablespooncajun seasoning
2cloves garlic
sliced
1 teaspoonsmoked paprika
hot sauce
optional, to taste
1 tablespoonItalian parsley
fine chop for garnish
2 tablespoonsscallions
thinly sliced on bias for garnish
½ cupgrape tomatoes
cut in half long way as garnish
